Our website also collects non-personal data that is used to achieve important site functionality. Terms of Use
Use of this website constitutes an agreement of the policies between the user and Fido-Com.
Orders
Orders placed on this site will be process and completed within 24 hours of cleared payment. We reserve the right to refuse order submissions that are deemed by us or our payment processor to be, but not limited to, malicious or fraudulent.
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour after you have placed your order. All canceled orders will have their payments refunded as soon as we cancel the order from our system. This process can take up to 24 hours, but will be no longer that 48 hours. All orders that wish to cancel or return for a refund are subject to our return policy below.
Emails
We will correspond with you only to send out your order or to find any additional information we may need to process your order. We will not spam you.
Returns
Boxed Software
We can only accept a return for boxed software if it has not been opened. Any opened software will not be accepted for a return for a refund.
Digital Download Software
We have a 14 day no questions asked return policy. To be eligible you must be within the 14 days which start as soon as we send out your email. You must uninstall the software from your computer(s). You must delete/destroy all emails, file saves, and any other copies, including any hard copies, of the license code. You will need to send us a confirmation email that you have completed the aforementioned steps. Once we receive the confirmation email we will process your refund. Refunds will take up to 2-3 business days to complete.
